1300mm Wide 5-Station Wire Brushing for Veneer, Faced Panels and Wide Flooring

The WKLS1300-5 Wood Veneer Wire Brush Machine is QUICKMO’s 1300 mm wide wire brushing machine, engineered to create deep, pronounced wood grain texture on wide flat panels — veneered boards, faced panels, flooring, furniture components, WPC and building materials. Manufactured by Qingdao Kuaimo Technology Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, China, the WKLS1300-5 uses five independently driven brush stations to abrade the softer earlywood of timber, leaving the harder latewood raised and producing a tactile three-dimensional wood grain across panels up to 1300 mm wide.

Why a 1300mm Wide Brushing Machine?

Flooring, furniture and wall paneling producers often process wide panels — full-width cabinet doors, wide flooring planks, large wall cladding panels — that cannot fit on a 600 mm brush machine. The WKLS1300-5 is built for these wider panels. Its 1300 mm working width accommodates most standard door and furniture panel sizes, so wide veneered and faced panels can be brushed in a single pass rather than split into narrower strips.

Five Stations for Wide-Panel Texturing

The WKLS1300-5 carries five brush stations along the 1300 mm conveyor:

  • Each station is independently driven and adjustable, so the operator can set brush pressure and speed for each head.
  • Stations can be configured with different brush rollers — steel wire brushes for aggressive texturing, nylon abrasive brushes for finer effects, polishing rollers for finishing.
  • The 5-station arrangement is enough to build consistent texture in a single pass across the full 1300 mm width.

What the WKLS1300-5 Produces

The machine is engineered for two primary texturing effects:

  • Embossed /relief texture (浮雕): deep, three-dimensional wood grain with pronounced latewood ridges. Used on flooring, furniture panels and decorative wall panels where a tactile, distressed look is desired.
  • Straight-line brushing (直纹拉丝): fine, uniform linear grain texture along the panel length. Used on contemporary furniture, wall paneling and WPC materials where a consistent, directional grain is desired.

Panels processed on the WKLS1300-5 have three practical benefits:

  • Anti-slip surface. The raised texture gives flooring and wall panels better grip.
  • Three-dimensional look. The grain is visible and tactile, not just printed or stained.
  • Accentuated wood figure. Natural grain patterns that are invisible on a smooth panel become prominent and beautiful.

What the WKLS1300-5 Handles

The machine is engineered for wide flat panel products:

  • Wide wood veneer and faced panels, brushing a natural grain into veneered surfaces.
  • Wood flooring planks and engineered flooring, producing distressed and textured finishes.
  • Furniture panels and cabinet doors, adding a tactile wood grain.
  • WPC (wood-plastic composite) boards, brushing a wood-like grain into composite panels.
  • Building materials and decorative wall panels, creating anti-slip and textured surfaces.

The 1300 mm working width accommodates most standard door, furniture and wide panel sizes.

Max. Processing Width1300 mm
Feeding Speed2–18 m/min

The 2–18 m/min variable feed speed lets the operator dial in how aggressively the brushes cut: slow for deep, heavy relief; faster for lighter, more uniform brushing.

Configurable Brush Rollers

Like all QUICKMO brush machines, the WKLS1300-5 is configurable:

  • Steel wire brushes for aggressive texturing on solid hardwoods.
  • Nylon abrasive brushes for finer, more uniform brushing on softwoods and veneers.
  • Polishing rollers for finishing after brushing, softening sharp ridges.

Our engineering team works with customers to configure the right mix of rollers for their panel material and desired texture. Send us a sample panel, and we will recommend the roller arrangement.

Who Is the WKLS1300-5 For?

The WKLS1300-5 is the right choice when:

  • You process wide veneered, faced or flooring panels up to 1300 mm.
  • You want to accentuate natural wood grain with a tactile, three-dimensional finish.
  • You produce textured or distressed flooring, furniture panels or wall cladding.
  • You process WPC or composite panels and want a wood-like texture.
  • You need configurable brush rollers to match different materials and effects.

Shops processing narrow strips up to 600 mm should look at the WKLS600-6; shops needing flat-panel sanding should look at our 1300R-RP. For wide-panel wire brush texturing, the WKLS1300-5 is the purpose-built machine.

Why Choose QUICKMO

Qingdao Kuaimo Technology Co., Ltd. has spent more than a decade designing and building woodworking surface treatment equipment from our Qingdao facility. We integrate design, manufacturing and in-house engineering, which means customers deal directly with the people who build the machine — no dealer layers, no ambiguity about support. We ship worldwide, provide documentation and remote commissioning guidance, and stand behind every machine with a “quality first, service first” commitment.

The WKLS1300-5 Wood Veneer Wire Brush Machine is the 1300 mm wide answer to wide-panel texturing: a 5-station configurable brush machine that turns wide veneered and faced panels into tactile, three-dimensional wood surfaces.
