Benchtop Brush and Belt Sander for Cabinet Door Sides and Irregular Lines
The GP-F3 Manual Sander (model MTLF3) is QUICKMO’s compact benchtop sander that combines a rotating brush roller with an airbag-assisted sanding belt — engineered for small workshops and cabinet shops that need to sand both the edges and faces of cabinet doors and irregular profiled lines. Manufactured by Qingdao Kuaimo Technology Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, China, the GP-F3 pairs a 300 mm brush roller with a 200 mm airbag sanding belt on a compact tilting stand, giving operators two sanding actions in one affordable machine.
Brush and Belt in One Machine
The GP-F3 is distinguished from the GP-F2 by its combined head:
- Brush roller (300 mm diameter, 400 mm long): for edge brushing, profile work and textured finishing.
- Airbag sanding belt (200 mm long): for flat or contoured face sanding. The airbag-backed belt conforms to the workpiece surface, distributing pressure evenly and leaving a uniform scratch pattern.
This combination means the operator can switch between brushing and belt sanding without changing machines — brush the edges, then belt-sand the face, all on the same bench unit.
Airbag Belt: Even Pressure on Contoured Surfaces
The airbag sanding belt is the key feature of the GP-F3. Instead of a hard steel backup pad, the belt runs over an inflatable airbag that presses the abrasive against the workpiece:
- The airbag conforms to contoured and profiled surfaces, sanding them evenly rather than only hitting the high spots.
- Pressure is adjustable, so the operator can dial in how aggressively the belt cuts.
- This makes the GP-F3 suitable for sanding curved faces, molded surfaces and contoured door panels — not just flat boards.
Compact, Tilting Stand
Like the GP-F2, the GP-F3 is built on a compact welded stand with adjustable leveling feet:
- The head unit tilts to different angles for presenting the workpiece correctly.
- Stand footprint is small — 1240×1110 mm — fitting in a corner of a small workshop.
- Controls are mounted on the head unit for easy access.

What the GP-F3 Handles
The GP-F3 is engineered for:
- Cabinet door sides and stiles, sanding edges and profiled details.
- Flat and contoured door faces, using the airbag sanding belt.
- Irregular profiled lines and moldings, brushing and belt-sanding in one setup.
- Small furniture components that are too small or varied for a through-feed machine.
Who Is the GP-F3 For?
The GP-F3 is the right choice when:
- You need both edge brushing and face sanding on small cabinet doors and profiled parts.
- You want the conforming pressure of an airbag belt on contoured surfaces.
- You are a small or custom shop sanding parts by hand and want to speed up the work.
- You prefer one compact machine that does both brushing and belt sanding.
Shops needing continuous through-feed edge sanding should look at the GP-S3; shops needing only edge brushing should consider the simpler GP-F2. For combined brush-and-belt manual sanding, the GP-F3 is the flexible tool.
