Compact Vertical Brush Sander for Small Panels and Contoured Surfaces
The GP-S1 Manual Brush Sander (model MTLS1) is QUICKMO’s compact vertical-roll brush sander, engineered for small workshops and cabinet shops that need to sand small panels, contoured surfaces and cabinet door details on a benchtop machine. Manufactured by Qingdao Kuaimo Technology Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, China, the GP-S1 carries a single vertical brush roller mounted through a flat worktable, so operators hold the workpiece against the vertical brush by hand.
Vertical Orientation for Face Sanding
The GP-S1’s vertical brush orientation is its defining feature:
- The 300 mm diameter, 200 mm long brush roller stands vertically, protruding through a slot in the worktable.
- The operator holds the workpiece flat on the table and presses it against the vertical brush, sanding faces, curves and contoured surfaces.
- This orientation is particularly useful for sanding the inside of profiled panels, curved drawer fronts and small furniture faces that are hard to reach on a horizontal roller.
